Minya Governorate witnessed, during the past twenty -four hours, a number of unfortunate and varied facts that occupied local public opinion, the most prominent of which was the death of a woman inside a private clinic during a caesarean section, and group poisoning to attend a wedding, in addition to a rare birth of three twins, and the death of a constructive worker during his work.
The death of a woman inside a private clinic and the escape of the surgeon
In a tragic incident, a lady breathed her last in one of the clinics in Minya, while undergoing a Caesarean section. Initial investigations resulted in the seizure of the anesthesiologist, while the surgeon fled flying after the incident. The security authorities edited a report of the incident, and notified the Public Prosecution, which is conducting the investigation.
A rare birth for three twins at Al -Adwa Hospital
In a pleasant news amid painful events, Al -Adwa Central Hospital, north of Minya Governorate, witnessed a rare birth case for a woman who gave birth to three twins at once, amid great medical attention. The Health Directorate confirmed that the health status of the mother and children is stable, and they are subject to accurate medical follow -up within the nurseries department.
Group poisoning during a wedding ceremony
20 people were injured today, Tuesday, with food poisoning, after eating a meal inside a wedding in the village of Bani Amer, affiliated to the Adwa Center in the north of the governorate. Immediately, the injured were taken to the hospital to receive the necessary medical care, and show their health stability.
For its part, the security authorities began an investigation of the incident, and an official report was edited, while food samples were seized for examination and determining the cause of poisoning. The injured were discharged from the hospital.
A building worker was killed while working in Samalout
The Samalout Center witnessed a tragic accident, as the construction worker was killed after falling from the wall during his work site, during his endeavor to earn his day. The body was transferred to the morgue of Samalout General Hospital, and his funeral came out amid a state of sadness among the villagers.
