Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, affirmed the close historical historical relations of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom of the Kingdom of Bahrain and a distinguished strategic partnership in various fields, especially in the financial and economic fields. Pointing to the mutual concern to continue its development and strengthening it towards levels that are more comprehensive, which contributes to achieving common goals and aspirations.
This came at the meeting of the Minister of Finance and National Economy, today, Lord Alison King, mayor of the financial neighborhood of London, in the presence of Sheikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Kingdom, and His Excellency Mr. Khaled Ibrahim Humaidan, Governor of the Central Bank of Bahrain, and His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Bahrain Holding Company, and a number of officials and heads of investment companies in Bahrain, within the framework of the official visit made by His Royal Highness Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, may God protect him, to the United Kingdom.
The Minister of Finance and National Economy emphasized the strength of the strategic relations that link the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom in various fields. Pointing out that the signing of the second strategic partnership in the field of investment and cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom will contribute to pushing aspects of economic and investment cooperation towards wider horizons, in order to enhance promising investment opportunities for the benefit of the two friendly countries.
The Minister of Finance and National Economy was attended by the dinner hosted by Lord Allyster King, mayor of the financial neighborhood of London.
