His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, approved and issued Law No. (29) of 2025 to ratify the agreement to encourage and protect investment between the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the government of the Republic of Korea, after the approval of the Shura Council and the House of Representatives, stating:
Article 1
It was equipped with an agreement to encourage and protect investment between the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the government of the Republic of Korea, signed in Manama on December 26, 2024 AD, and accompanying this law.
Article Two
The Prime Minister and the ministers- each regarding his competence- must implement the provisions of this law, and it is working on it from the day following the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
