The legal advisor to the Egyptian club Al -Portsaidi confirmed the issuance of a 3 -year absence referee against the player Ahmed Ali, the Egyptian club striker, against the backdrop of a misdemeanor against him from the officials of Ghazal Al -Mahalla Club, due to the delivery of a trust that the player signed during the last summer transfer period.
I am imprisoned for my absence to the player Ahmed Ali due to the delivery of Amana
Ashraf El -Ezbi, the legal advisor to the Egyptian club, and the player’s lawyer, revealed that the incident is due to the signature of Ahmed Ali on a “white” receipt of the president of the Ghazl Al -Mahalla Club, during his transfer negotiations from the Stars Club, as a guarantee to complete the deal in favor of Mahalla, before the player’s destination changed towards the Egyptian club, which was considered by Mahalla officials to violate the agreement.
Al -Ezbi added in a statement today, Sunday, that the officials of Ghazl Al -Mahalla Club resorted to a trick that does not agree with the spirit of sports, as they wrote later data on the receipt trusted by him, stating that the player received a sum of money from one of the club’s officials to hand him over to another official within the club itself, a narration that the lawyer described as impossible logically and realistic, and is incompatible with the nature of club transactions.
Absence rule
Al -Ezbi stressed that the ruling issued in absentia, and was appealed against the opposition yesterday, stressing that all legal measures are taken to prove forgery and betrayal of the trust, and complaints will be submitted to the relevant supervisory authorities to hold the party that offended the use of the receipt.
The lawyer concluded his warning to the ball players against signing any documents or receipts on white, because of the legal risks that may be exploited against them, calling for the arbitration of the law and respect for sports ethics in all transactions.
