During its meeting today, headed by Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers approved the draft resolution submitted by the Central Agency for Organization and Administration to upgrade employees of the administrative apparatus of the state who completed the necessary inter -term periods to upgrade to higher job levels, and the agency is scheduled to later issue the executive rules of the decision, and the website to inquire about the right to upgrade or not.

The draft promotion is stated that, as of the beginning of July 2025, employees – who have completed their job levels until 30/6/2025, promotes periods of no less than the specified inter -term periods of each functional level – to the levels that are topped while maintaining seniority with the job level after the promotion, and provided that the employee’s promotion does not exceed one job level.
According to the draft decision, the employee is entitled to the first of July 2025 the job wage scheduled for the purposeful job, or his previous wage, in addition to an upgrade allowance of 5 % of his job wage on 6/30/2025, whichever is greater.
The draft resolution also included the entitlements of the occupants of a large job and the first level and their equivalent in all job groups – whose occupation of these jobs has been three years on 6/30/2025 – an incentive with a minimum amount of 100 pounds and a maximum of 150 pounds per month.
