Within the framework of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s constant keenness to sponsor its citizens abroad, and its commitment to protect them in various circumstances, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced its success in facilitating the return of a number of Bahrainis stranded abroad, as a group of them arrived in the homeland today through the land ports.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirms that it will continue its intensive efforts to secure the return of citizens stuck abroad, and to facilitate the necessary measures in this regard, in direct coordination with the Kingdom’s missions abroad and the countries concerned.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also communicates directly with its registered citizens who are stranded in the Islamic Republic of Iran, whether those wishing to return to the Kingdom of Bahrain through the Republic of Iraq, or who require their travel to facilitate the procedures for obtaining an entry visa to the Republic of Turkmenistan.
