The Egyptian Football Federation issued its official decision regarding the end of the first registration period for the new football season 2025 – 2026, as it was determined on June 28 as a final date for the registration of the initial lists for all teams in various competitions and Sunni stages, while providing freedom of transition to any player who is not registered in the first list.
New registration list
The registration regulation approved by the Football Association included several technical and administrative controls aimed at organizing the transfer market and controlling the movement of ladder and contracts, as follows:
The most prominent 14 items in the list
1. A maximum of 35 players in the list of the first team for each club
2. Only 25 players were registered in the 2005 birthday league
3. Not to allow any player born on January 1, 2013 or the smaller to participate
4. Obliging the clubs to pay the referees’ dues of 2 million pounds: one million when registering the first list, and a million when registering the second list

6. Preventing loan or borrowing more than 3 players between two specific clubs

8. Allow 5 foreign players within the Premier League teams
9. More than 5 foreign players do not participate in one match
10. The Palestinian player is not counted as a foreigner in club lists
11. Allow 3 foreign players in the Sunni stages teams
12. The ban on the participation of foreign guards in any of the local competitions
13. The resigned technical manager is not entitled to training in another club, unless he is officially dispensed with, and with a maximum of two club training in the same section in the season, the season
14. Determine the dirty party of the contract is a prerequisite for documenting the contract of the new coach of any club
An opportunity for unrestricted players
Al -Ittihad explained that the player who is not included in the first list of his team is entitled to leave and negotiate with any other club, according to the rules approved within the official registration period, which gives the movement of movement within the summer transfer market before the start of the league on August 8.
