The board of directors of the Egyptian club, headed by Kamel Abu Ali, issued a decision appointing Dr. Mimi Abdel Razek as Chairman of the Club Planning Committee, in a move aimed at developing the football system within the club during the coming period.

Mohamed Moawad, the former Egyptian star, will hold the position of assistant chairman of the committee, in light of his extensive experiences as a former player and a prominent name in the club’s history.
The committee held this afternoon its first meetings at the club’s headquarters, headed by Kamel Abu Ali, in the presence of Rajab Abdel -Qader, Al -Husaini Abu Qamar, the club’s president, along with Mohamed Moussa, a member of the board of directors and supervisor of the first team, Major General Yasser Salem, Muhammad Al -Fiqi, Major General Mohsen Sheta, Adviser to the Board of Directors, and Major General Ihab Al -Sa’i, the club’s executive director.
During the meeting, it was agreed on the outlines of the work of the committee, which will prepare an integrated strategic plan for the football sector, and to follow up on its implementation on the ground in a way that keeps pace with the administration’s ambitions and meets the aspirations of the fans of the Egyptian club.
This appointment comes within the framework of a comprehensive plan to restructure the football sector, and to achieve technical and administrative stability in preparation for the new season.
