His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, may God protect him, chaired the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers that was held today, in the Palace of Al -Qudaibiya.
The Council of Ministers started its meeting by following up the measures and initiatives taken by the concerned authorities in implementation of the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the king of the country, may God protect and preserve him, by creating all means of success and providing the necessary ingredients for the success of the Ashura season.
The council affirmed that what is characterized by Bahraini society since ancient times, from openness, tolerance and unity of a row, has made the Kingdom of Bahrain an oasis for security, stability, brotherhood, peace, development and achievement.
The Council stressed the importance of religious events being a real reflection of the authentic Bahraini features, and is appropriate to enhance national cohesion and community solidarity. In this context, the Council pointed to the results of the annual meeting held by His Excellency the Minister of the Interior with the members of the Husayniyah processions and the heads and officials of the funerals in the various governorates, and what everyone affirmed during the keenness to enhance these values and achieve success for this religious season according to the highest levels of coordination and cooperation.
After that, and in light of the directives of His Majesty the King of the country, may God bless him and his sponsors, the Council assigned all the ministries and authorities concerned in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to prepare the integrated meeting of the forty -sixth session of the Supreme Council of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf to be held next December in the Kingdom of Bahrain, expressing its wishes for the success of this Gulf gathering in a way that enhances the march of joint Gulf action and accelerates the implementation of projects that are in the interests of the countries of the Council cooperation.
After that, the Council praised the efforts made by the concerned authorities, foremost of which is the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in implementation of the directives of His Majesty the King of the country, may God protect and preserve him, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, may God protect him, ordered the return of citizens who are stuck abroad from all countries affected by the conditions in which the region went through, and the Council also thanked the diplomatic missions of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the brotherly and friendly countries for the cooperation Contributed to the success of facilitating the return of all citizens who were stuck abroad.
After that, the Council agreed to amend the patrol of the regular meetings of the Council of Ministers during the months of July and August 2025 to be once every two weeks.
After that, the Council approved the following notes:
1. The Coordination Committee note on the developments of the unified framework for priority government programs in its fourth edition.
2. The Memorandum of the Ministerial Committee for Financial and Economic Affairs and financial balance regarding the share of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the Bahrain Agricultural Development Company “Grass” and transferred it to the Bahrain Holding Company.

4. A Memorandum of His Excellency the Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Education Quality and Training Authority regarding the results of the national exams for the ninth and twelfth grades of the year 2025.

After that, the Council of Ministers reviewed the memorandum of His Excellency the Minister of Works on the Road Maintenance Plan and Bridges During the Summer 2025 holiday.
Then the council took note of the following:
1. The results of participation in high -level world summit work entitled “Health and prosperity through immunization.”
2. The results of the participation in the WOW Asia Awards in its 16th edition and win the first destination award for events and celebrations.
3. The results of the participation in the Saudi Industry Forum 2025.
4. External posts of Excellencies and Excellency Ministers, and visits of brotherly and friendly ministers to the Kingdom of Bahrain in July 2025.
