Sheikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, CEO of the National Center for Financial Investigations, has chaired the delegation of the Kingdom of Bahrain participating in the second meeting of the financial investigations units in the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, which was held in the sisterly state of Kuwait.
During the meeting, the strengthening of the cooperation process between the investigations units of the Cooperation Council states in the field of combating money laundering crimes, terrorist financing, and increasing the effectiveness of the exchanges of information, cooperation and coordination with the regional and international bodies working in the field of banning and combating money laundering, financing terrorism and original crimes.
During the meeting, the most prominent topics of common concern were reviewed and discussed.
