The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in the Beheira Governorate, headed by Mohamed Ragab Hadiya, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply, under the supervision of Hossam Al -Muzain, Undersecretary of the Directorate, and Yasser Al -Muhandis, Director of Supply Control, continued to tighten control over municipal bakeries to maintain support and ensure his access to his entitlements and to control violators of ministerial laws and decisions in the field of municipal bakeries.
Supply campaigns on municipal bakeries in the lake
Where a catering campaign in Edko Center, under the supervision of Adel Abu El Fotouh, head of the Supply Supervision Department in the Directorate, headed by Tamer Mubarak, and accompanied by Al -Husseini Saleh, was launched by Supply Supervisors in the Directorate, the campaign resulted in the seizure of 8 bakeries to produce weights, and to seize a bakery to produce bread that does not match legal specifications, and to release a violation of the lack of cleanliness of dough tools.
A similar catering campaign at the Kafr El -Dawwar Center, headed by Mohamed Fawzi, Director of the Department, and accompanied by Abbas Mohamed, managed to seize 6 bakeries for their production of minus weight range from 7 to 15 grams, and seized 3 bakeries to produce bread that does not match the specifications.
Also, 7 bakeries were seized due to the lack of cleanliness of the dough tools, and a bakery was seized because the price of a loaf of bread was not announced. Citizen complaints received for the administration were examined and the necessary measures were taken.
