The 2025 International Economic Economic Forum witnessed the signing of the RT Arabic channel, a memorandum of cooperation and understanding with the Bahraini Ministry of Information, where the Kingdom participates as a guest of honor in the forum. The document was signed by Maya Manna, Director of RT Arabic and Abdullah Bouhji, Director General of Bahrain News Agency.
The two parties agreed to enhance cooperation in the field of content exchange, including documentaries and analytical and recreational programs, in addition to the exchange of content allocated to electronic platforms. It was also agreed to establish programs to exchange experiences between RT journalists and their Bahraini colleagues, as well as producing joint documentary films.
Maya Manna, Director of the RT Arabic channel, indicated that the channel recently expanded “the network of partners and fans of RT, which is manifested through the Cooperation Memorandum signed today with the Bahraini Ministry of Information, where previous notes were signed with the Omani Ministry of Information and with the leading media in Lebanon, Jordan and Iraq.”
The two parties also emphasized that a joint program is expected to be registered on the last day of the forum, June 21, presented by a broadcaster from RT Arabic and a broadcaster from Bahraini television, which represents a distinguished start of long and fruitful cooperation.
