Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, the governor of Beni Suef, confirmed the regularity of work in the second stage of the 26th wave to remove the encroachments, which started last Tuesday, under the supervision of the Supreme Committee for the Recovery of the State Lands, within the state’s comprehensive plan to recover the people’s right and confront all forms of infringement on state property and agricultural lands and construction violations, in implementation of the directives of political leadership.

This came during the governor’s review of the report of the General Administration of State Property, which included the results of the removal campaigns during Tuesday and Wednesday, where 428 cases of removal were implemented, including 90 cases on state property lands with an area of 9611 meters, and 338 cases of transgression on agricultural lands with an area of 150 acres, in the framework of full coordination between the executive and security agencies and states of the state.

The governor pointed to his strict directives that the violations should be completely removed and the settlement of the sites on the ground, to prevent the return of the infringement again, in addition to taking decisive legal and administrative measures towards violators, whether from the aggressors or the negligent officials.

He also stressed the continuation of coordination between all concerned authorities to increase the implementation rates during the current stage, and to prepare for the coming stages of the wave.

It should be noted that the 26th wave is implemented in three stages during the months of May, June and July 2025, where the first stage was implemented from 10 to 30 May, while the second stage continues from 10 to 27 June, and concludes with the third stage from 5 to 25 July.
