Our team qualified for the second round of the World Youth Handball Championship competitions held in Poland during the period from 18 to 29 June, after its superiority over the Saudi team 26 against 24, in the last confrontations of our youth in the group stage of the tournament.
Our team was able to convert its delay in the first half with a score of 12-13 into a deserved victory in this decisive confrontation in the group stage, where our team needed to win this match in order to ensure the transit for the next round.
Our team fought two confrontations in the group stage that they lost against both Spain and Egypt, as the difference of technical capabilities was clear to two national teams to crown the world title.
The group, whose team will play its competitions in the next round of the tournament during the next few days, will determine the championship system to qualify the first three teams from each of the group that includes 4 teams to the second round.
