Khaled Fathi, President of the Handball Federation, was keen to hold a motivational session with the youth team players before traveling to Poland for the World Championship competitions during the month of June.

Fathi, accompanied by Nabil Khashaba, the treasurer, Ahmed Zaqzouq and Abeer Aqbel, members of the Board of Directors, held a special session with the players of the youth team and the technical staff led by Majdi Abu Al -Majd at the Olympic Center in Maadi.
He affirmed his full confidence in the national team players to appear in the best possible way in the next world championship in light of the team’s wonderful group of players.
He praised what the technical staff of the youth team presented throughout the last period to prepare the players to play the World Championship, stressing that the team will have a great deal in the World Cup in light of the distinguished technical and physical level that was reached with a set of distinguished friendly matches.
The youth team plays in the eighth group, which includes Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Spain.
Earlier, Khaled Fathi, President of the Handball Federation, revealed that he assumed the chairmanship of the Supreme Organizing Committee for the World Handball Championship, scheduled to be hosted by Egypt from 6 to 16 August.
During the coming period, the organizing committee of the championship will hold intensive meetings in order to come up with a championship worthy of Egypt.
