The Egyptian club Al -Portsaidi officially announced that the team will return to its group training in Port Said during the next season 2025/2026.
Rajab Abdel Qader, Vice -Chairman of the Club, Chairman of the Egyptian Club, and Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, Chairman of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, signed this afternoon, Saturday, the cooperation protocol between the two sides.
The protocol aims to enhance the mutual benefit aspects between the two sides in all fields, given what the Egyptian club represents as a castle of Egyptian national sports castles and the distinguished academic cadres that the Arab Academy possesses in various administrative, sports and educational aspects who have the ability to properly plan all areas of work in terms of technical, administrative, scientific and educational aspects.
The protocol also aims to exchange the use of the facilities available to each of them in all the activities, programs, or future sporting events that serve the two parties and benefit the local community, and among those facilities is the use of the Egyptian club the stadium attached to the academy headquarters in Port Fouad to establish the training of the first team of the ball in the club during the football season 2026/2025.
For his part, Ismail Abdel Ghaffar expressed his happiness at the signing of this protocol with the ancient Egyptian club, stressing that the academy welcomes the hosting of the Egyptian team in any of the other branches of the Academy in the Republic, whether in Alexandria, Cairo, Aswan or the worlds.
He pointed out that the academy pays attention to the support of the Egyptian club, the historic Port Said symbol.
While Rajab Abdel Qader thanked the Egyptian club’s board of directors, headed by Kamel Abu Ali, to Ismail Abdel Ghaffar and the leaders of the academy for their great efforts in signing the protocol, which will benefit the two sides.
