The heirs resorted to the judiciary, as the lawyer Mohamed Al -Mahdi presented documents confirming the presence of the workers with the defendant company according to the schedules of attendance and departure, as the accounting expert confirmed that the company’s contention is occupied by 21258 dinars, so the court ruled that the company obligated the defendant to pay the heirs to the heirs an amount of 21243 dinars, provided that they are distributed to them according to his share in the legal obligation of their inheritance.
