Noura Al -Kaabi, Minister of State, participated in the Oslo Forum, which is held annually under the auspices of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Human Dialogue Center, which brings together a group of international mediators in settling conflicts, decision makers, diplomats, and the relevant authorities in the field of peacebuilding. The convening of the forum this year came under the slogan: “The concerted efforts: mediation in a changing world”, and highlighted the importance of flexibility, alignment and the ability to adapt as essential tools to resolve conflicts, within the efforts of mediation and diplomacy.
