The Local Administration Committee in the House of Representatives will hold meetings today to discuss a number of files and briefing requests submitted by the deputies, the most prominent of which is regarding taking legal measures to legalize the lands of hand in southern Sinai, in the presence of the Governor of South Sinai.

The meetings are scheduled to witness the discussion of the topics of briefing requests submitted regarding: the intense delay in establishing the craft area in the city of Ras Sidr – South Sinai Governorate, as well as the delay in the division of the service area in the Manta market despite the adoption of the division of the region since 2018, as well as the failure to connect the facilities to divide young people on an area of 200 m in the city of Ras Sidr since 2007 until now despite the boom witnessed in the South Sinai Governorate in all areas of development.
The committee also considers the subjects of the briefing requests for the lack of delivery of lands to those who are entitled to the division of Al -Safa in the city of Abordis – South Sinai Governorate, and the delay in handing over the lands of youth located in front of the village of Al -Sayyadin in the city of Nubaea – South Sinai Governorate, despite the adoption of division since 2017.
While the meetings are witnessing the discussion of the two requirements for the briefing of the submitted regarding the speed of taking the necessary legal measures towards legalizing the conditions of the hand of hand to the people of the cities of Tor Sinai and Fordis in the South Sinai Governorate, as well as the speed of taking the necessary legal measures towards legalizing the conditions of hand to the people of South Sinai Governorate, especially the city of Ras Sidr (Wadi Sidr – Ras Obluer), and the Prime Minister Decision No. 48 of 2017 was rejected and all the files were rejected To codify the situation of hand, in a way that contradicts the state’s policy in developing the Sinai Peninsula.
