The competent investigative bodies set the next July 20 session, to consider the first sessions of the trial of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al -Jabri Building and Construction Company (Al -Jabri Real Estate Development Company), and the consultant engineer for a project of the Cooperative Society for housing the members of the Administrative Prosecution.
This came against the background of the company accusing the violation of the contracting terms signed with the Cooperative Society for the Housing of the Administrative Prosecution members, to build a special residential project for the members of the Administrative Prosecution, and the company’s violation of the construction procedures contained in the Egyptian code for construction, which resulted in the tendencies of some of the project buildings and a huge financial damage to the cooperative association for the housing of the members of the Administrative Prosecution.

The case is scheduled to be considered in front of the 16th of Cairo’s crimes, and the case carried the number 1601 of 2025 felonies of the orchards department, and it was registered with No. 23 of 2025 Kully Helwan, and it was investigated under the supervision of Counselor Omar Shaheen, the first public prosecutor of the Helwan College Prosecution.
The investigation authorities directed the first accused in the decision to refer him to the criminal trial that he was in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al -Jabri Company for Building and Construction, deliberately violating some of the obligations imposed by the contracting contract concluded between his company and the members of the cooperative association to housing the members of the administrative prosecution stipulated in the second, fifth and eleventh item of the contract, and Article 80 of the Tenders and Auctions Law.
This is because he did not follow all the construction procedures mentioned in the Egyptian code for construction, and it had inclinations in some of the project buildings, which caused serious damage to the funds of the cooperative association to housing the members of the administrative prosecution.
She also charged the second accused that, as a consultant of the Cooperative Society for Housing members of the Administrative Prosecution, he participated in the way of agreement and assistance with the first defendant to violate the implementation of some of the obligations imposed by the contracting contract concluded between the members of the cooperative association to housing the members of the Administrative Prosecution and between the Jabri Company for Building and Construction.
This is by adopting the work that the first accused and violating the Egyptian construction code adopted, which caused the tendencies of some of the project buildings, which caused serious damage to the funds of the cooperative association to housing the members of the Administrative Prosecution.
