During its sixth meeting, the membership committee of the UAE Journalists Association approved 9 requests to renew the membership and 33 new membership requests, while the decision was postponed in two requests for the lack of completion of the required documents, and 4 requests were rejected for not fulfilling the conditions, bringing the total membership approved from May 2024 until June to 276 memberships. This came during the meeting that was held at the association’s headquarters in Dubai, in the presence of His Excellency Al -Muaini, Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors, chaired by Muhammad Al -Tunaiji, Vice -Chairman, Chairman of the Membership Committee, Hassan Omran Al Shamsi, Fatima Al -Ward Al -Darmaki, and Osama Al -Lahham, members of the committee.
