Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz said on Monday that the residents of the Iranian capital, Tehran, “will pay the price soon”, after Iranian missiles hit Tel Aviv and the coastal city of Haifa before dawn; The killing of at least five people.

The army said in a statement.
