The Israeli army announced, at dawn on Sunday, its implementation of the wave of massive attacks in Tehran on the infrastructure of the Iranian nuclear weapons project and fuel storage facilities.
The Israeli army said in a statement: “Air Force fighters carried out, under the direction of intelligence, a wave of massive attacks in Tehran, targeting several targets of the Iranian nuclear weapons project, including the headquarters of the Iranian Ministry of Defense, the headquarters of the nuclear project, and other targets.”
The Israeli army indicated that the Air Force targeted the headquarters of the Iranian Research and Innovation Organization in Tehran.
The Iranian “Tasnim” news agency reported on Sunday that an Israeli strike targeted the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense in Tehran.
According to the agency, the attack caused slight damage to one of the buildings of the Iranian Ministry of Defense, which has not yet issued any comment.
For his part, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards said in a statement that “fighter fuel production facilities in Israel were bombed with Iranian missiles.”
The statement added that “the energy infrastructure in Israel was subjected to missile strikes and drones.”
He stressed that “if Israel continues its combat actions, Iran’s attacks will become stronger and wider.”
