Dr. Attia Lashin, a professor of jurisprudence at Al -Azhar University, and a member of the Fatwa Committee at the Al -Azhar Mosque, received a question to him from one of the citizens of his text: It was agreed between me and my wife to marry a certain period.

He continued: The contracts are in two parts, in terms of tabid or the perfection. One of the examples of temporary contracts, the lease contract ends with the end of its duration, or with the completion of the work for which it was rented. The ten between them, or by divorce, if the wife raises a lawsuit with that because there is one of its causes, including: the husband’s imprisonment for a period that the wife does not tolerate or his absence is discontinued, or to insult him with alimony.

And he continued: Without the foregoing, marriage is one of the life -long contracts that do not end except with what we mentioned and the marriage contract is one of the eternal contracts because the effects of it are not achieved except by being a life It is inconsistent with the marriage contract, as the marriage contract is life imprisonment, and this condition is to make it temporary, so this condition and the contract with it are invalid, compared to the invalidity of the marriage of pleasure with the agreement of the scholars in the mosque of the mastery of all.
He continued: If God does not meet the couple, to marry as legitimate, and not to take the verses of God, they shake and take marriage a place for experience and testing, because marriage is not a chemical material that is subject to laboratory experience, it is higher than that.
