Dar Al -Iftaa received a question from one of the followers of his text: When does the enjoyment start fasting for three days in Hajj? As there is a man who is forbidden to perform Hajj, and he ran out of money before entering the month of Dhu al -Hijjah, and he knows his inability to buy the guidance, so when it is permissible for him to start fasting the three days due to him in Hajj instead of the guidance of enjoyment?

Ifta shows the time of fasting, three days in Hajj, because of the inability to guide

Al -Iftaa said on its website: It is permissible for the pleasure to start fasting the three days due to him in the Hajj instead of the guidance of enjoyment as long as he is unable to do it -at any time after his ihraam with Umrah in the most famous pilgrimage, and it is better to fast from the month of Dhu al -Hijjah after his ihraam with the Hajj: the seventh days, the eighth, which is the day of perfusion, and the ninth is the day of Arafa.

And she continued: Enjoyment: is that the pilgrim is forbidden by Umrah during the months of Hajj from the meeqaat of his country, or from other times that he passes through or what he is adjacent to, then performs it and empties from it, then it is created as a pilgrimage from his year without returning to the meeqaat for the Ihram with Hajj, but it is called enjoyment; To enjoy its owner ImpRama for him in a period between his solution from Umrah and his ihraam with Hajj, and it was said: To enjoy the fall of the affection in his right to the meeqaat to be deprived of the pilgrimage, and it was said: for these two reasons together.

And she continued: See: “Show the facts” of Fakhr al -Din al -Zaylani al -Hanafi (2/45, i. 260, Cairo Library).
