“Human Resources” launches the second edition of the Excellence Award 2025

Yesterday, the Bahrain Association for Human Resources Management launched the second edition of the “Excellence Award in Human Resources Management”, during a press conference organized by the association at its headquarters in Riffa, in the presence of a number of professional and media figures, and representatives of public and private institutions in the Kingdom.

This announcement came to reflect the continuous commitment of the association to support the culture of excellence and innovation in human resource management practices, and to enhance Bahrain’s position as a pioneering regional center in developing human capital.

The Chairman of the Association, Ahmed Al -Zayani, stressed that the award is one of the leading national initiatives that seeks to consolidate the principles of moral leadership and enhance the efficiency of human cadres, in line with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.

He pointed out that the new version comes as a continuation of the successes achieved by the award in its first session, in terms of the size of participation and the quality of the initiatives presented.

For his part, the Vice -President of the Association and Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the Award, Dr. Khaled Al -Baker, details of the second edition of the award, which is witnessing a qualitative expansion, as 15 sub -prizes were approved covering 3 main tracks that include individual prizes, institutional awards, and civil society awards.

These awards aim to shed light on distinguished leadership initiatives, sustainable institutional practices, and the contributions affecting the building of stimulating, comprehensive, and comprehensive work environments based on innovation and values.

Al -Baker stressed that the award has a prestigious international arbitration committee that includes specialized experts from five countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and the Sultanate of Oman, along with the Kingdom of Bahrain.

He explained that the approved evaluation criteria are based on integrity and professionalism, and depend on the analysis of quantitative and qualitative evidence to ensure the transparency of the arbitration results and objectivity.

The association announced the opening of the application for the award from yesterday to the 15th of next September, with the official honoring ceremony for the winners on November 17.

He pointed out that the categories of this year include various segments. On the individual level, there are prizes such as the best executive president in human resource support, the best human resource manager, and the pioneer of human resources management for the year.

On the institutional level, Al -Baker explained that the prizes are distributed in the categories of innovation and digital transformation, the health and well -being of employees, and social responsibility, and 3 new awards were allocated to civil society organizations concerned with moral leadership, societal impact, and institutional sustainability.

Al -Baker renewed his call to all individuals and institutions in the public and private sectors, in addition to civil society organizations, to participate in this national initiative, stressing that the award has become a reference platform to honor the leading efforts, and a key tributary to support the human development system in Bahrain and the region.
