The Civil Court in Dubai has known a Gulf insolvency debtor with an amount of 11 million and 24 thousand dirhams, while preventing him from obtaining any loans or bank financing or entering into obligations of mosquitoes or non -compensation, with the exception of what is necessary to fulfill his necessary needs or those who support them, for a period of three years. The debtor submitted a request to announce his insolvency, and to start the procedures related to that, in accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. (19) of 2019 regarding insolvency, in the sense of his debts and demanding the appointment of a secretary to management of procedures, and attached his request to a list of creditors and debts installed with executive arguments, bank account statements, and documents confirming his deteriorating financial status.
