The list of evidence of evidence included the testimonies of three witnesses, the first of which is Wafaa Ahmed Mahmoud Amara, 57 years old, a housewife, the mother of the victim, who said in her statements that she was staying on the first floor of the same property in which her daughter resides on the fourth floor, and was surprised by her grandson informing her of the accused of killing her mother, and moving her to the location of the crime, and her daughter found a dead body on the ground, confirming that the accused was always Its verbally and physically, and previously threatened to kill her.
The father of the victim, Majdi Mohamed Ahmed Amin, 67, also witnessed a driver, that his younger son informed him and his wife of the crime, after she saw her father assaulting her mother with a knife, echoing phrases confirming his intention to kill.
The testimony of Lieutenant -Colonel Omar Mohamed Naguib Abdel Aziz Al -Khouli, head of the Investigation Department of the Suburbs Police Department, stated that his secret investigations confirmed the occurrence of repeated marital disputes between the accused and the victim, and he had previously been beaten on her, and that on the day of the accident, a verbal argument broke out between them, so the accused drew a knife and paid her deadly stab wounds that settled in her neck and body.
Forensic Medicine Authority
In its report, the Forensic Medicine Authority stated that the body was suffered from several segmental and stinging wounds, most notably a 3 cm long wound at the top of the chest below the collarbone, another wound above the right knee, and another in the left thigh, and that the chest stab was carried out into the chest cavity and hit the left lung, and led to a heavy bloody bleeding that was the cause of death.
Report of the Central Administration for Medical Laboratory
The report of the Central Administration of Medical Laboratory also demonstrated that the genetic fingerprint of the DNA extracted from the blood of the victim on the accused “jacket”, corresponds to the genetic footprint of it, which confirms its involvement in the crime.
Sayings of the child, the daughter of the victim
The girl’s witness’s statements, the daughter of the victim, stated that she saw her father assaulting her mother using a knife, echoing phrases that reflect his intention to kill her, during a quarrel between them, so she rushed to her grandmother and found her to inform them of what she saw.
The pictorial examination
The accused in the public prosecutor’s investigations confessed to the perpetration of the incident, and he admitted that he possessed the knife used in the crime.
The first session today is scheduled to consider the accused’s matter and the accusations attributed to him, in one of the most heinous family crimes witnessed by Port Said Governorate, where the child has become a witness to the killing of her mother at the hands of her father, in an incident that fully shook the Port Said street.
