The Abu Dhabi Family and Civil and Administrative Courts required a person to return an amount of 104 thousand dirhams, in addition to obliging him to pay 5 thousand dirhams, as compensation to another person, as he agreed with him to buy a farm from him and sent him the amount as part of the price of the farm, and then it was found that the farm is a grant from the state and it is not permissible to dispose of it. In the details, the complainant filed a lawsuit in the face of the complainant against him, in which he requested that he be obligated to return the amount of 104 thousand dirhams, and compensate him for 16 thousand dirhams for material and moral damage, and obliges him fees and expenses. The complainant made his lawsuit to say that the complainant against him agreed with the complainant to sell a farm, owned by the complainant against him at an amount of 380 thousand dirhams, he paid an amount of it
