Engineer Adel Al -Najjar, Governor of Giza, continued the regularity of the work of the first round exams for the general secondary certificate for the academic year 2024/2025, during the inspection of the operations room in the Directorate of Education and Technical Education and his communication with the Central Operations Room at the Ministry of Education, in the presence of Mohamed Abdel Latif, Minister of Education, while heading the operations room in the Ministry.
The Governor, from the Director of the Education Directorate, reviewed detailed reports from the operating room on the conduct of the exams, which included the arrival of question papers to the committees on the specified dates, the presence of observers and observers in addition to the readiness of emergency and health insurance teams in a manner that ensures the provision of the appropriate and safe atmosphere for students.

During the follow -up, Al -Najjar stressed the importance of full commitment to security and organizational procedures and the provision of a calm and appropriate environment for our student children within the committees, thanking all the parties participating in organizing and securing exams from the Directorate of Education, the Security Directorate, the Health Directorate, and other concerned authorities.
The governor also confirmed the existence of a permanent coordination between the main operations room in the governorate’s general office, and the Central Operations Chamber of the Directorate of Education, in addition to the sub -operations rooms in educational departments, to follow up on any obstacles that may occur during the progress of the exams, noting that it is assigned to the heads of neighborhoods, centers and cities to continue continuously around the clock and to ensure that all the necessary facilities are available, with full cooperation with educational departments and competent security authorities To secure the committees and the examination system, stressing the need to intensify cleaning work in the vicinity of schools periodically, preventing the presence of street vendors and raising occupations; To ensure the provision of calm in the vicinity of the committees.
For his part, Saeed Attia, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Giza, pointed to the provision of all means that guarantee students to perform exams in a calm atmosphere that helps them focus, in addition to following up the procedures for securing the Questions Distribution Center, and the exit of the question boxes under heavy guard until they reach the committees on time, as well as follow up on the return of the answer papers to the distribution center and then to the main control.
