The Asian Nations Championship for Volleyball Men has witnessed the crowning of four teams in the title since the start of the tournament in 2018 with Silanka, and until the last version that Bahrain hosted in 2024 under the name “Asian Challenge Cup”.
The tournament opened its first copies in 2018 by crowning the Iraqi team with the title after its victory over its Saudi counterpart in an exciting final match that ended with three runs against two halves. In 2020, the Corona virus was prevented without holding the championship that was to be organized in Kyrgyzstan.
In the 2022 edition, the Asian Federation gave the honor to host Kyrgyzstan, whose team was able to win the title after a difficult victory over the Saudi national team by three runs against two games in the final.
As for the third edition, which was held in Taiwan in 2023, it witnessed the crowning of the Thai team by the title after its victory over Bahrain by three runs without a response in the final match.
The fourth edition came to take place in Bahrain in 2024, when the Qatari team was crowned the title after a distinguished performance, which was directed by a clean victory over the Pakistani team with three runs for nothing.
With the start of the fifth edition of the tournament, which is hosted again by the Kingdom of Bahrain at the Issa Bin Rashid Volleyball Hall, attention is directed to know who will be the hero of this year, in light of the intense competition between a group of Asian teams.
