In the context of continuous field follow -up, Dr. Khaled Khalaf Qubaisi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Fayoum, continued the progress of work within the main operations room to follow up on high school exams, in the Arabic language subject, to check on the arrival of the question boxes to the general secondary exam committees at the governorate level, ensure the regularity and discipline of work in the committees, and ensure the conduct of exams without obstacles, in the presence of Rasha Youssef, Undersecretary of the Directorate. The Undersecretary continued with all the sub -operations rooms in the educational departments, and directed the rapid dealing with any observations that may occur, in order to ensure the interest of students and achieve full discipline within the committees, and confirmed that there is a member of the directorate in front of each committee to have a circle between the directorate’s operations room and the committees in facilitating students ’entry into the exam committees and ensuring the implementation of ministerial instructions with accuracy and discipline.
The Undersecretary emphasized a number of disciplinary procedures to ensure the progress of high school exams efficiently, including:
The presence of the security official on the committee portal.
– Conducting inspections accurately using the electronic stick during students entering the committee.
Inspection of inspection on time without affecting the date of students.
Close the door of the committee as soon as all students enter and after the completion of the inspections.
Taking into account that the inspection is suitable for the student’s type (male/female).
– The need to adhere to the opening of the committee’s door from at least eight in the morning.
– The necessity of all students to attend the committee before the start of the exam in an appropriate time, and not to take a mobile phone or any electronic means.
The Undersecretary also stressed the necessity of creating the appropriate climate for students to take exams in ease and ease, noting that a bottle of water, chocolate and pens are distributed to students in front of all committees at the governorate level.
