A little while ago, the artist Ilham Shaheen and the media, Hala Sarhan, arrived in Egypt After a long journey, it witnessed the postponement of their return from Iraq due to the closure of Basra Airport as a result of security tensions in the region.
Ilham Shaheen recently expressed her happiness with the proximity of returning to the homeland, saying: Finally, we arrived in Basra Airport on the borders of Iraq, and it was a long journey, and thank God I went back well. We are on our way to Cairo, which we missed. We were hosted by the Iraqi state to participate in an international festival for women, under the auspices of the Prime Minister.
Hala Sarhan and Ilham Shaheen return to Egypt
Ilham Shaheen added: The truth is that the state was very interested in us, and when the airport closed Masabonash, there was a delegation from the Prime Minister’s Office in Iraq, we reached the airport, during the trip, we met the first lady and the speaker of Parliament, and the one who signed us all the way was the beautiful companionship with Hala Sarhan, ten years of age, we lived with some unforgettable adventures.
For her part, the media, Hala Sarhan, expressed her gratitude for the experiment despite the circumstances, saying: I am happy that I am due to Egypt Al -Mahrousa, in Iraq we have detected wonderful needs, and we participated in the International Conference of Arab Women and Iraq Media, accompanied by Dr. Nibras Al -Maamouri, who was an example of the competent and ambitious Iraqi women.
It is noteworthy that the duo were part of a technical and media delegation that was officially invited to participate in international activities in Iraq, before the security situation caused their return to Egypt.
