Today, Tuesday, the Minister of Labor, Mohamed Gibran, received at his office in the new administrative capital, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior in the Republic of Serbia, Ivitsa Datic, and his accompanying delegation, to discuss activating ways of cooperation in work files and the transfer of workforce, and opening new markets for Egyptian cadres in the Serbian labor market.

This visit comes within the framework of activating the agreements and memoranda of understanding that the President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi and his Serbian counterpart Alexander Fuzic last July, especially in the fields of work and employment, came to.
The two sides affirmed the depth of relations between the two countries, and the keenness of the governments of Egypt and Serbia to translate these relations into concrete projects and partnerships in various sectors, which was reflected in the meeting that brought together Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouly with his Serbian counterpart, Guru Matst, at the beginning of this month in Cairo.
During the talks, Minister Gibran discussed with the Serbian minister the mechanisms of activating joint communication to accelerate the implementation of the electronic linking plan between the two countries, in a way that contributes to facilitating the transfer of employment and ensuring its sustainability, and preserving its rights and obligations.
The Minister of Labor pointed out that the Egyptian state is ready to meet the needs of the Serbian labor market from trained and skilled cadres, stressing that the ministry has gone a long way in developing the vocational training system in all governorates, including vocational examination, measuring skill, and educating workers about its rights and duties before traveling, which was shown during the meeting through a documentary film.
It is worth noting that Minister Gibran had met earlier this month, his Serbian counterpart, Millista Degorgvich Taminkovski, Minister of Labor and Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs, to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation and coordinating efforts in joint files, during a mutual visit between Cairo and Belgrade.
