The Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government announced the graduation of 100 employees of government agencies, as part of a training program specialized in talent management and analysis, was implemented in cooperation with the company “SHL” in the Middle East, and targeted rehabilitation of valuables accredited to behavioral competencies and enhancing their capabilities in the field of human capital development. This program comes within the framework of a cooperation agreement between the department and the company, aimed at providing training and consulting services specialized in human resources, and to benefit from modern evaluation tools and international standards, to support qualitative resettlement efforts and build a flexible and innovative government.
