The Civil Protection Forces in the Suez Governorate succeeded in controlling a fire that broke out in a housing unit in Faisal City, without any injuries.

The forces were able to control the fire before its extension to the rest of the residential buildings, while the gas and electricity devices temporarily separated the electrical current until the extinguishing work was completed.
Eyewitnesses told “Cairo 24” that they saw the fire ignited in one of the housing units, and immediately the civil protection that arrived within a few seconds was informed and managed to put out the flames.
The witnesses pointed out that the fire did not result in any injuries, while resulted in material losses within the housing unit, and the relevant agencies currently take the necessary legal measures and inform the investigation authorities.

The governor stressed, during his meeting this week with the heads of neighborhoods, the importance of coordination with the National Emergency and Public Safety Network, and all concerned authorities, to ensure the speedy dealing with any emergency.
