The FIFA Disciplinary Committee decided to stop the Chelsea striker Nicholas Jackson, for two games after being expelled in the Brazilian Flamingo meeting in the Club World Cup.
The tournament will be held in the United States of America from June 14 to July 13, with the participation of 32 clubs.
Details of Jackson’s expulsion
Jackson won the red card directly during the Chelsea match in the framework of the second round of the group stage, and the English teams lost 3-1.
Based on this decision, Jackson will be absent from the Tunisian Esperance match in the third round of the group stage, and the 16th round match if the team qualifies.
A decisive test in front of Esperance
Chelsea meets with his Tunisian counterpart, at dawn on Wednesday, in the last round of Group Four, where he needs to win or draw in order to ensure qualification to the round of 16.
