The Egyptian Handball Federation announced the presentation of the press conference to announce the contract with Spanish coach Javier Baskwal, one of the most prominent names in the world of handball to take over the leadership of the first Egyptian team for men. The conference will be held at nine in the morning instead of six in the evening.

Paskwal will start his mission with the Pharaohs with a contract that extends to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics, in a move that reflects the union’s vision towards a strong and ambitious future for Egyptian handball.
It is scheduled that Javier Baskwal will arrive at eight in the evening today, Tuesday, to Cairo, after the Handball Federation headed by Khaled Fathi ended his agreement with him to train the first Egyptian team during the coming period.
Pascul is one of the most important coaches of the world in handball, and he previously assumed Barcelona for 12 years, and crowned with them many championships, most notably the Spanish League 11 times and the King of Spain Cup 10 times, the Champions League 3 times and the Club World Cup 5 times.
Pascul took over the training of the giant Vezbrim, and achieved many successes with him.
