A source in the General Court of Sohag Governorate confirmed that instructions were issued to close the cafe in the Balina Center and City, south of Sohag Governorate, after a video clip of two young men who smoke and dance inside the café accompanied their friends, which contradicts the custom and the laws regulating that facility.

Officials in the governor of Sohag directed the heads of cities, centers, neighborhoods and villages to follow up and inspect those cafes throughout the province, control the violators, and take legal measures towards the cafeteria owner, in order to preserve our young, and not to harm them.
It is worth noting that many adults and children on the holidays resort to cafes and cafeterias, in order to walk and spend happy times, whether inside or outside the cities.
The social media witnessed a video of a young man approaching the 10 years of drinking hookah and dancing inside the cafeteria in the Balina Center, south of Sohag Governorate, and it was identified by officials and sampling it, and a report of the incident is being prepared in preparation for the presentation to the competent investigation authorities.
