In the context of extensive preparations for the launch of the high school exams for the academic year 2025, the engineer of the Governor of Luxor stressed to raise the degree of maximum readiness within all educational departments and schools at the governorate level, to ensure the conduct of exams in a safe and organized atmosphere, stressing the continuous field follow -up throughout the exam period.

This came during the expanded coordination meeting that was held today, Saturday, in the governorate’s general office, in the presence of Dr. Hisham Abu Zaid, Deputy Governor, Brigadier Khaled Al -Ghoul, Deputy for the Director of Security, and Dr. Safwat Jarrah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Luxor, along with education leaders and directors of departments.
The governor stressed that the interest of our children students is above all considerations, stressing the need to overcome obstacles and provide an appropriate environment within the committees, with the application of the maximum discipline and packages, indicating that no attempts to violate the conduct of exams will not be tolerated, and deterrent measures will be taken immediately towards any violation.
For his part, Dr. Safwat Jarrah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, explained that the preparation of 23 exam committees has been completed to receive 6498 male and female students at the level of the seven departments in the governorate, pointing to full coordination with the Security Directorate to secure the perimeter of the committees, question distribution centers and places of examination papers 24 hours a day.
He added that the main operations room of the Directorate’s office will be in constant contact with the sub -rooms in the departments, to follow up and monitor any emergency or complaint, and to deal immediately with them to ensure the regularity of exams from the first day to the end.
Comprehensive preparations and extensive equipment inside and outside the committees
Jarah indicated that the committees were ready in terms of seats, lighting, ventilation, toilets, and the amenities for observers and students, as well as reviewing the breaks of teachers and providing all their needs.
Coordination was also made with the Health Directorate and the ambulance facility to provide medical care, and with the Electricity Company to ensure that the current is not interrupted during the exam period, in addition to coordination with the local units to install umbrellas in front of the committees to protect students from the sun’s heat.
In the context of security and organizational preparations, a sufficient number of workers were provided within each committee, organizing students ’entry through the educational administration employees, equipping the electronic stick for inspection, and delivering concept books to the heads of committees.
