A Bahraini citizen told Al -Watan that she is still awaiting the restart of flights to Bahrain, noting that it is present in the city of Mashhad, and that the conditions there are stable and calm, despite the interruption of air traffic.
She said, “We hope that flights will be resumed soon, and we receive updates first on the embassy and travel agencies,” explaining that some people think about returning by land through Iraq if the atmosphere continues to be closed.
According to the information, most airlines have stopped their flights to Iran and neighboring countries such as Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Jordan as a precaution, while some airlines deal with the situation day by day, according to the developments of the airspace.
One of the travel operators in Bahrain confirmed that the scheduled flights yesterday were completely canceled, pending the vision of the vision in the coming days, indicating that coordination is underway with the official authorities and embassies to follow up the conditions of passengers.
He said: “Usually, the airspace does not continue to be closed for long periods, but we are awaiting any official announcement regarding the resumption of flights.”
