To celebrate the International Human Resources Day, the Bahrain Human Resources Management Association signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the Carted Institute for Individuals and Development, one of the oldest professional institutes specialized in developing human resources practices around the world.
This step came as part of the association’s efforts to enhance its international partnerships, and to open new horizons for specialists and those interested in the field of human resources management in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the region, by enhancing knowledge exchange, developing competencies, and supporting innovation in the sector.
The signing ceremony, which was held in Manama, witnessed the presence of a number of leaders of the association, representatives of the CIPD Institute, in addition to a group of specialists and professionals in human resources from the public and private sectors.
Mrs. Mona Al Abbas, a member of the association’s board of directors, said on this occasion, “Today we are proud of this partnership with the CIPD Institute, which represents a turning point in the process of developing the profession of human resources management in the Kingdom. Through this agreement, we seek to empower local professionals, and raise the quality of institutional practices to keep pace with the finest international standards. This cooperation will contribute to building bridges for continuous learning and professional qualification, which is What we put in the heart of the association’s priorities. “
For her part, Mrs. Munira Al -Jaber, a member of the association’s board of directors, also stressed: “The signing of this memorandum reflects the association’s commitment to its leadership role in advancing the profession of human resources management. We believe that cooperation with ancient organizations such as CPD will give members of the association and the human resources community in Bahrain wider opportunities for professional growth, and identify international best practices. We aim through this initiative to support positive work environments And sustainable. “
The Memorandum of Understanding provides for the cooperation of the two sides in the fields of vocational training, accreditation programs, exchange of research and cognitive content, in addition to organizing joint activities and conferences that serve the aspirations of specialists in human resources.
The Bahrain Association for Human Resources Management is considered as a non -profit organization aimed at upgrading the human resources profession in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The association seeks to support specialists and professionals in this field through training programs, international partnerships, and national initiatives that serve the development of human cadres and enhance the culture of institutional work.
