Earlier, sources at the Ministry of Education confirmed that the correction work is carried out in accordance with the exact standards to ensure justice and transparency in the grades of grades, and it is expected that the result will be ready for their approval by Eng. Adel Al -Najjar, Governor of Giza, next week.

While informed sources at the Ministry of Education and Technical Education stated that Minister Mohamed Abdel -Latif issued strict instructions to all educational directorates and central controls responsible for the work of correcting preparatory certificate exams, the necessity of completing the correction as quickly as possible, with full commitment to the highest standards of accuracy and discipline during the correction, collection and monitoring of grades.

The sources said that the minister stressed that the current stage is extremely important, especially that the results of the preparatory certificate are a decisive point in the future of students, as their course is determined in secondary education, whether public or technical.
She added that Abdel -Latif demanded that the custodial workers not to rush to announce the results before all the accurate review procedures are met, in order to ensure the rights of students and to prevent any errors.
The sources pointed out that the correction work is carried out according to organized steps that begin to open the envelopes of the answer headquarters under the supervision of specialized committees, followed by the distribution of papers to the degrees of grades each according to its specialization, while adhering to the official answer form approved by the ministry.
After the correction is completed, the papers are delivered to technical review committees that check the correspondence of the grades with the correction form, and the review of the grades in each paper accurately.
After that, the electronic monitoring phase begins, where the grades are recorded in the central database of each educational administration, with another committee to decline the authenticity of the entries, before sending the results to the directorates for approval by the governors.
