The decree of His Majesty the King, may God protect and preserve him, to appoint His Highness Sheikh Issa bin Salman as Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, a step that reflects the confidence of the permanent leadership in the young competencies, and enhances its orientation towards enabling conscious leaders. The trustees of “Sheikh Issa bin Salman Education”, which provided concrete support for students of science and contributed to building a qualified human base, in addition to his chairmanship of the Board of Directors of the Labor Fund “Tamkeen”, and his presidency of the Higher Authority of Rashid Equestrian Club and horse racing. Although His Highness Sheikh Issa is still in the mid -thirties, his public presence and record in national work reflect a balanced personality that combines ambition and commitment Youth presence and institutional maturity. He has a calm and unique character, which earned him widely among citizens. His practical style, and his tolerance in communicating with various groups of society, are all things that reflect his belief in partnership with the citizen in decision -making and achieve development. Of course, His Highness holds a dear name on the Bahraini conscience, as his name is related to the late Prince Sheikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the father of His Majesty, and Prince Salman found, and from the Bahrainis he called the “Prince of Hearts” due to his kindness and love for all. His Majesty’s confidence in the energies of the new generation of the ruling family, who are able to continue to carry the National Secretariat with a modern spirit and deep responsibility. It is a step that enhances the institutional presence of youth in government administration, and confirms that the state is continuing in its approach to balanced renewal, based on qualifying competencies from within the Bahraini house, who have proven their ability to assume responsibility. Sheikh Issa possesses beautiful ideas, as he stressed on more than one occasion that the citizen is the focus of development, and that the progress of the country is dependent on the extent of the contribution of its members in various areas of national action. This vision is one of the pillars that correspond to Bahrain’s trends towards empowering the citizen and achieving sustainability in development. All success we wish for His Highness Sheikh Issa, and all the support from the loyal people of Bahrain who does not forget those who work for him, and puts his interests in mind. We ask God to grant him success for the good of the country and the people, and that his name “Issa bin Salman” remain a title for good, and a symbol of giving, as was the great late, may God rest his soul.
