His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council, issued Emiri Decision No. (9) of 2025, regarding the fees for services, violations and fines applied to the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department in the emirate, in the context of keenness to develop the legislative environment for the real estate sector, and enhance its efficiency in a way that accompanies the economic and regulatory growth of the emirate. The decision comes within a series of initiatives launched by the government Ajman in recent years to organize the real estate market, and is based on a number of local legislation.
