Journalist Amal Al -Aradi, from the newspaper “Al -Bilad”, expressed her overwhelming happiness in winning the Prime Minister of the Press for the year 2025, stressing that this victory represents a great moral value for all employees of the newspaper and the press family in the Kingdom of Bahrain in general, as it is the highest media award at the national level.
She explained that the honor came from the category of the best journalistic attachment, which is the “attachment of the country’s lights”, which she described as the innovative and creative annex in terms of offering, output and content.
She added that the attachment is distinguished by its comprehensiveness in dealing with topics and not limiting it to a specific segment, which contributed to the expansion of the readers ’attention and enhancing its media presence.
She emphasized that one of the most prominent points of excellence in the “lights of the country” is its availability as an electronic platform through the official website of the newspaper, which allowed him to reach a broader audience in modern ways and keep pace with digital development.
Al -Aradi pointed out that one of the most prominent qualitative initiatives included in the attachment is the “imprint of a woman”, a special space concerned with highlighting the issues of women in a diverse and deep way, away from the stereotype or traditional offering.
She certainly concluded that the award represents a great incentive to continue to provide innovative media content that keeps pace with the aspirations of readers, and reflects the development of the Bahraini press.
