Sharjah Real Estate Development Company, based in Sharjah, announced the launch of the “Hamsa 3” neighborhood, the last residential phase of the “Walking Rasil” project, as part of its continuous efforts to expand its wallet from modern housing projects. The new neighborhood is located in the heart of the “Rasil Walk” area, which extends over an area of more than 48,000 square meters, of which more than 31,000 square meters are devoted to open spaces and green spaces, equivalent to more than 65% of the main plan, in a clear embodiment of the commitment of “A” to the concepts of sustainable urban life.
