Al -Kooheji Holding Company has announced the launch of its new training initiative, “Aspire”, which aims to attract Bahraini university students from various academic specialties, and to qualify them professionally through practical training programs in various sectors within all companies of the Al -Kooheji Group, in order to enhance their readiness for the labor market and refine their technical and professional skills.
The “Aspire” program comes within the Kohaji Holding commitment to support young national competencies, and gives the participants a real opportunity to have a professional training experience in a realistic business environment, based on institutional standards and modern practices. The program extends during the summer months from July to the end of August 2025. Within this pioneering program, many distinguished training opportunities will be presented in all the companies of the Al -Kooheji Group, where it will provide the following areas:
Al -Kooheji Holding Company: It will provide training opportunities in the fields of human resources, information technology, logistical and financial services, accounting and operations management.
Al -Kooheji Real Estate Development Company: It will provide training opportunities in real estate marketing, graphic design, public relations, accounting and project management.
