Our national volleyball team continues its serious preparations in its external camp, which is holding it in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, in preparation for competing with the Asian Men’s Volleyball Cup, which will be hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain during the period from 17 to 24 June.
Our team played a friendly match against the Egyptian team in the Cairo camp, while it will play its second match on Tuesday against Egypt, as part of its serious preparations to determine the readiness of the team led by French coach Arnoud.
The technical staff of the Red plane is preparing the team as required, and this is a desire to compete for the Asian title hosted by the Kingdom this month, in light of the work to choose the final squad for the team before the start of the tournament.
The squad of our national team in the Egypt camp includes Mahmoud Al -Afia, Hussein Mansour, Muhammad Annan, Ali Ibrahim, Abdullah Muhammad, Muhammad Yaqoub, Nasser Annan, Mahmoud Abdel Wahid, Sayed Hashem Issa, Mahmoud Abdel -Hussein, Muhammad Omar, Muhammad Jassim, Hani Allawi, Hassan Al -Warqa, Abbas Sultan, Ayman Haruna.
Our team is playing the championship in the first group that includes Indonesia and Thailand, where it will play its first match against the Thai national team on June 17, with the Indonesian team to meet on June 19.
The tournament is witnessing the participation of a group of continental teams led by Qatar, South Korea and Australia.
