His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum congratulated the second deputy governor of Dubai, head of the Dubai Media Council, the leadership and people of the Emirates and the Arab and Islamic nations, on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al -Adha.
